Posted by This is the final examination work of student Kumtak Wong. This work won the third “LUC” prize, meaning that it was recognized as the third best work of the year.
Since the very beginning of the course Kumtak has showed a very quite, but tireless and constant approach to the work. These qualities made him very effective, for example, in learning and operating the MCA model for the GIS-based assessment of street centrality, but also emerged in all other phases. His masterplan is accurate, precise, complete, all qualities that come along with imagination and creativity in conceiving spaces across different scales. A great work indeed Kumtak, congratulations!
Students were requested to summarise in a space equivalent to six A1 panels their achievements across the whole year, with a particular emphasis on the last phase, that of Masterplanning.
